MEHMET BALDUK
Born in Kahramanmaraş in 1956, Balduk completed his primary and secondary education at Adana Çukurova College and his high school education at Kahramanmaraş High School. He is graduated from Çukurova University, Faculty of Civil Engineering. Balduk, who was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kahramanmaraş Commodity Exchange between 1987 – 1991 and 1991 – 1992, also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry between 1995 and 2011 for 16 years. Balduk, who also served as TOBB Deputy Chairman between 2000-2005, led the establishment of Akedaş in 1997 and served as the Chairman of Akedaş’s Board of Directors between 1997-2011. Mehmet Balduk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of NAZAR TEXTILE, is married and has two children.

EMRE BALDUK
Emre Balduk was born in 1986 in Kahramanmaraş and completed his primary and secondary education in Kahramanmaraş. He graduated from IMI Istanbul Italian High School in 2006. He graduated from Koç University, Department of Business Administration in 2011. During his university education, he completed his intern at Unicredit bank in the project finance department and in the Tax Audit department at PWC. After graduating from university, he worked in the Tax Audit department of PWC for 1 year, then completed his military duty.Since 2013, he has been working as the Vice Chairman and General Manager of Nazar Tekstil. He has been a member of the Board of Directors at Akedaş Elektrik Dağıtım company since 2020.
He is married and have 1 child. He speaks fluent English and Italian, and beginner level Spanish. He is a congress member of TOBB Turkey Energy Assembly and also BJK, Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club.

DENİZ BALDUK TAVUKÇUOĞLU
Born in Kahramanmaraş in 1983, Deniz Balduk Tavukçuoğlu graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Tourism Administration in 2006. She started her professional career in Alarko Tourism Group and worked in the Corporate Communications Department for 4 years. She has been working as Sales and Marketing Executive at Nazar Tekstil since 2014. Deniz Balduk Tavukçuoğlu, who is married and has a daughter, can speak fluent English.

NAZLI CEYLAN BALDUK KURTUL
She was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1981. She completed primary, secondary and high school in Kahramanmaraş. She graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of Business Administration. During her university years, she complete an internship with Mehmet Ali Birand on BIRTV and with Enis Berberoğlu in the economics department of CNN Türk. She studied on Michael Porter’s Cluster Analysis regarding textile manufacturing industry and graduated from the university with this thesis, ‘the competitive power of the Turkish clothing industry’. After working in GAP Inc.Turkish Liason office, she returned to the family business, Nazar Tekstil. She was a member of the Board of Directors of TGSD,Turkish Clothing Manufacturers Association for 2 terms. In 2007, she founded her dream brand Nazlı Ceylan. She is the President of TOBB Kahramanmaraş Women Entrepreneurs Board and a member of the Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She is a member of TIKAD (Turkish Business Women’s Association).
